This policy explains how Vortex Tuning ("we", "us"), based at 80 Skene Square, Aberdeen AB25 2UL, handles personal data in connection with our website, our social media presence, and the tools we use to manage them. Our social media is managed on our behalf by Decosai.

• Enquiries: when you use our website contact/booking form or message us on social media, we collect the name, contact details and message you provide.
• Vehicle details: any registration or vehicle information you choose to share so we can quote a service.
• Social media management data: with permission from our own Facebook Page and Instagram Business account, we access those accounts to publish our marketing posts and to read aggregate engagement counts (likes and comments) on our own posts. We do not collect personal data about your followers.

2. How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and provide quotes or bookings.
• To schedule and publish our own marketing content to our Facebook, Instagram and TikTok accounts.
• To measure how our own posts perform (totals only).

3. Sharing

We use Meta Platforms (Facebook & Instagram) and TikTok to publish content, and a private management dashboard operated by Decosai. We do not sell your personal data. We share data only as needed to provide our service or where required by law.

4. Retention

Enquiry records are kept only as long as needed to handle your request and our legitimate business records. Access tokens for our own social accounts are stored securely and can be revoked at any time.
