You can ask us to delete any personal data we hold about you at any time. This includes any enquiry you sent us through our website form or via a social media message or comment.

How to request deletion

Email [email protected] from the address or with the name you used to contact us.
Put "Data deletion request" in the subject line.
Tell us briefly what to delete (e.g. "my enquiry" or "my Facebook/Instagram message").

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days.

What we delete

Any enquiry records (name, contact details, message) and any social media message or comment data we stored from your interaction with our Facebook, Instagram or TikTok accounts. We do not retain data about your social media profile beyond what is needed to respond to you.
